Programs and Tuition

Here at Stone School we take pride in the ability to offer a variety of programs and flexible scheduling options for families. We accept children ages 33 months to 6 years old for our School Year program.

Choose your base schedule — 2 Day, 3 Day, or 5 Day — at our standard rates. From there, you're welcome to extend individual days as needed, whether that means staying until 2:00 PM or all the way until 4:00 PM. Enrolled Monday, Wednesday, and Friday? You could extend to 4:00 PM on Wednesdays and 2:00 PM on Fridays — whatever combination fits your family's week. There's no requirement to extend every day, and no restriction on which days or hours you choose to add.

Pricing for custom day-by-day combinations is calculated individually based on your schedule — just reach out and we'll walk you through the details for your family's specific mix.

Customizing Your Schedule

At Stone School you can create a customized schedule to fit your family’s needs. Want your child to attend twice a week, but specifically on Mondays and Thursdays? If that works for your family, it works for us. Customized schedules are priced the same as our base schedules.

Need something in between our standard options — like 4 days a week instead of 5? We'll prorate your tuition to match!

Customized schedules are based on availability. Because class sizes and staffing are planned in advance, we can't guarantee every day combination will be open at the time you enroll — but we'll always work with you to find a schedule that fits as closely as possible to what your family needs.

Tuition Assistance

Stone School Cooperative Preschool welcomes families who have been approved for tuition assistance through qualifying programs, including Child Care Network of Michigan and other programs funded under the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF). If your family has already been approved for assistance and you choose Stone School as your child's provider, we're happy to accept that funding on your behalf.

Please note: Stone School does not participate in programs that provide direct grants or contracts to the center to reserve spots for qualifying families. We maintain a first-come, first-enrolled admissions policy for all families, and we want to keep our enrollment process consistent and independent of outside funding requirements — rather than setting aside spots based on a specific program's criteria.
